Registration Cancellation

Participants may request cancellation by contacting us through email or phone.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests received 7 days or more before the scheduled program may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable processing charges.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of the program may not be eligible for a refund.
• Once an online course, digital content, or mentoring session has been accessed or commenced, the fee is generally non-refundable.

Program Cancellation by Sapien Global

If Sapien Global cancels or postpones a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose:

• Full refund, or
• Transfer to another batch or program.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
