6. Fees & Payments

All program fees must be paid through approved payment methods available on our website.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Sapien Global does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In general:

Cancellation requests submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled program may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable processing charges.
Requests made within seven (7) days before the program may not qualify for a refund.
Fees for online courses, digital content, mentoring sessions, coaching sessions, or programs already accessed or commenced are generally non-refundable.
If Sapien Global cancels or postpones a program, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to another available batch or program.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

9. Recording & Content Usage

Unless expressly permitted, participants may not record, photograph, livestream, or reproduce any online or offline training sessions.

Sapien Global may record certain sessions for educational, quality assurance, documentation, or future learning purposes.

10. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour during all interactions.

Sapien Global reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant who:

Engages in abusive behaviour
Harasses trainers or participants
Disrupts sessions
Shares offensive or unlawful content
Violates applicable laws
Misuses learning resources

Such actions may result in termination of access without refund where appropriate.

11. Certificates

Where certificates are offered, issuance is subject to the completion requirements established for the respective program.

Sapien Global reserves the right to withhold certificates where attendance, assessments, or other mandatory requirements have not been satisfied.
